Q. Do you charge per the hour? Or Per Job?

Answer: We do not charge by the hour. Before we do anything we give you a fixed price. Some of our customers like a price on the phone, some like us to come round and give them a quote at their home or business. Whatever the case… ‘The price we give is the price you pay!’

Q. What are your working hours?

Answer: Our general working hours are from 9am to 6pm but for emergency work we can be quite flexible.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

Answer: We prefer cash or bank transfer on completion please.

Q. Will I have to move my furniture?

Answer: No. Normally we move sofa’s etc to one side of the room and clean half a room at a time. All we ask is that you move small items before we clean, small tables etc. Any expensive items that could fall will obviously help as well. We will even place feet protectors on furniture in the room. If in doubt, please call us to discuss your situation. Heavy items such as display cabinets can stay in situ if needed.

Q. Are you fully trained?

Answer: YES. We take cleaning very seriously and have taken many training courses, often yearly, this keeps us up to date with the latest methods and cleaning standards you expect. We also attend many cleaning shows throughout England to look for new methods and techniques. We know that our skills and training are vital to keeping our customers happy.

Q. How often should my carpets be professionally cleaned?

Answer: This may vary. It depends on factors such as materials, usage, children, pets etc. We recommend cleaning every 12 months as this will keep the carpets hygienic and clean promoting a healthy home. Ask about our maintenance programs.

Q. Will this affect my allergies?

Answer: We only use environmentally friendly Safe and Solvent free solutions. We can actually remove dust mites for up to 14 months meaning that we can actually help with allergies like asthma and help keep you healthy!
